My stay at the hotel was filled with highs and lows. The resort itself is gorgeous, with stunning pools and beautiful beaches, but I was really surprised by the inconsistent service for the price we paid. While some staff members were attentive and caring, I had a few frustrating moments with housekeeping and restaurant service. The location is a big plus, right on Cable Beach, which is absolutely magnificent. Overall, it has great potential, but improvements in service could elevate the experience.
